(i) Core Thesis
REAL Empire is active with a Core Thesis that covers Real Estate opportunities in Luxembourg, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. Our Core Thesis searches for value-adding opportunities from USD/EUR/GBP 5M to 25M including, but not limited to, refurbishments, development, change of affectation, etc.
(ii) Partner Thesis
REAL Empire supports its professional network and welcomes partnerships. Our partners come with their proprietary transactions. REAL Empire provides investment vehicles, management and resources to assist our partners. All types of Real Estate investments apply up to USD/EUR/GBP 100M per investment. Main focus remains on EMEA countries.

REAL Empire welcomes its UHNW Clients, Family Offices and Private Banks in Club Deals – off market, confidential and operated by our team. Such opportunities in the range of USD/EUR/GBP 1M to 10M allow for strengthening existing relationships, aligning interest of each involved party and growing an asset base in market niches suitable to this kind of Investors.
